Farmers market 2025

Mashpee Farmers Market Breaks Records

Wow—Memorial Day weekend at the Mashpee Farmers Market was out of this world! I’m still buzzing from the energy. As the founder, I always get a little nervous heading into the first market after the holiday. Typically, attendance dips until school lets out, vendor numbers shrink, and local produce isn’t quite in full swing yet. Mashpee Farmers Market Memorial Day Weekend is always the highlight of the first month of markets-

But this year? Totally different story.

We welcomed over 500 visitors throughout the day! People came early and stayed until the final song was played. They came with dogs, kids—even chickens. I watched families laughing, old friends reconnecting, and new shoppers discovering what we’re all about. Mashpee TV captured it all, and the vibe was pure joy.

We had four food trucks sizzling, over 70 vendors set up, and live music from the incredible Sweet Wednesday. The beer was flowing, the microgreens were fresh, the mushrooms and honey were flying off tables—and our baked goods booths sold out by the end of the market!

The wellness area was packed too. We had a Kung Fu demo, kids registering for the POP Club, and smiling faces everywhere we turned. It truly felt like the heart of Mashpee was beating right in the village green.

And now—we can’t wait for this Sunday! Tony Andrews Farm is expected to bring fresh Cape Cod strawberries, and we’re hoping for hot house tomatoes and bok choy from Bartlett Farm, if they can rally the team.

Come see us every Saturday in Mashpee for food trucks, wellness, live music, local produce, and unique gifts—perfect for Father’s Day!
